Fetcham Park (Wedding Venue)

As a wedding photographer I get to visit some gorgeous wedding venues. Most I visit are well know and well documented. Last year I visited one that bucks this trend - the fantastic Fetcham Park, located in the heart of Surrey.

The manor itself is a traditional English Baroque mansion that epitomises the Queen Anne architecture of its age (built in 1705). It is adorned with many of its original features including the cantilevered staircase featuring beautiful murials painted by Louis Laguerre. Every room is exquisite and ornate, the attention to detail is outstanding.

Fetcham Park only opened up its doors as a wedding venue in 2011. They restrict the number of weddings held each year so they can offer the highest quality in terms of service and experience. It shows.

The venue costs £1200 for the whole day, with many cheaper options available. For a venue of this nature this is an absolute steal.

The staff were very professional and helpful throughout and I would strongly recommend this venue to anyone who has a taste for elegance and style.
