Before booking

Have you got any questions? Is there something that is important to you that you want clarification on? Ask me anything you like! No question is too small.

I will always take the time to have a meeting with my prospective couples. I recommend meeting in person. However, if this isn’t possible, the next best is a video chat or even phone call. I am happy to travel to make this meeting easier for you.

At time of booking

Booking your wedding photographer is a big commitment and I know you’ll want to feel 100% sure of your decision before going ahead. When you’re ready, let me know and I’ll invoice you for a deposit. This will be 40% of the total fee. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee your dates until your deposit is received.

Nearing the big day

Throughout the whole process I’ll be available for you to ask questions. Feel free to call or e-mail at any time, I’m always here to help.

I’ll be in touch a couple of weeks before the big day to make sure you’ve got everything you need from me. We’ll also go through my wedding checklist to make sure that we’re wedding ready!

Where possible I will also visit the location of your wedding to get a feel for it and to look for inspiration.

I’ll be grateful that you’ll pay the remaining sum seven days before the wedding.

Your wedding

This is your big day! I’ll arrive early to make sure everything is perfect. If you haven’t realised by now, I like to be prepared!

Throughout the day I’ll work hard in the background making sure that I’m capturing every detail of your wedding. You won’t need to instruct me but, if you have any requests, I’ll be very happy to accommodate them.

The most important thing to do on your wedding day is to be yourselves and to have fun. Forget about being in front of the camera and don’t worry, you will look wonderful. I promise you are in good hands and the day will be fantastic.

After your wedding

I know you’re going to be excited to see your images so I won’t keep you waiting! I’ll send over a handful within 48 hours for you to share with friends.

If you’ve hired the photo booth I’ll also send these images over within 24 hours.

After this I will set to work on the entirety of your wedding album, I aim to have this all edited and sent over to you within 14 days. All images will be available for download and I will send you high quality files on a USB stick along with a video slideshow of selected images.
